Chief leadership 3ic - guide
As Chief Leadership 3iC your job is to manage and lead your division. For example Chief of Patrol would be leading Patrol division and so on. 3iC electives are permitted to use dark blue non-hc chat color in base. An additional duty of being a CL’s is that they are required to complete monthly elective requirements and keep doing regular station fillings and participate in their department duties. Electives should give lower ranked people priority to fill stations.
reportingEvery 3iC are required to complete quarterly division report about their doings in each division. Reports should be submitted in the following months:
January - March - June - September As there is a big gap between the September report and January it means January's report should not be any shorter compared to the other reports and includes details from Oct, Nov and Dec. Reports are to be sent to their mentors by the last day of the reporting month. The Leader in Command is expected to do reports about the 3iC divisions work |
Trial ChiefTrial Chief are excused from making division report as they do not have assigned division to lead and manage. They are still expected to assist other Chief Leadership electives in their jobs at managing and leading divisions. They can take part in helping to write the reports but they should not write the report alone.

Leader in CommandLiC's role is to lead the entire Chief Leadership 3iC division. Keeping everyone motivated and checking that everyone are doing their duties. Additionally, they arrange Chief Leadership meet n’ greet sessions as well as planning events or programs that will help non-elective members to work closer with the 3iC division. LiC are expected to gather and finalize feedbacks and suggestions from other 3iC members about how to improve their positioning in MI5

Mentors
Mentors are mentoring and guiding their mentees so the mentees will have successfully career in MI5. They will also give their report to their mentor
