events squad
The Events Squad is in-charge of any events that is to be organized within MI5. Any events held with other agencies, a cooperated event will be overlooked by the Events Squad & Foreign Affairs. The plans and schedule will be discussed together.
Events Squad Sub-Divisions
The Events Squad consist of 3 different Sub-Divisions. These 3 SDs will be required to work hand in hand for an event to be carried out.
These SDs are:
ES Organizers, ES Hosts and ES Supervisors
These SDs are:

ES organizersThe ES Organizers are the ones that plans out and organize the events that are to come. They are also to communicate with the other Departments such as Personnel & Safety, Foreign Affairs Departments and lastly of course the other Teams in Entertainment Department.

ES HostsThe ES Hosts are those who will conduct the events and provide the entertainment from the events to the participants. ES Hosts are expected to be outgoing and knows the way of bringing up the atmosphere in an Event.

ES supervisorsES Supervisors are members that will overlook the event to ensure that it is carried out smoothly. They are also in charge during the construction of the Event Venue as well as managing the people involved in the Events. This will mainly be for Senior Members of the Team

The Construction of the Room will not have to be that of a Foundation Created Room and specific events Badges will be given permission to wear nearer to the event.
